Ms. Zhang manages and oversees the referral relationships with the company’s worldwide referral sources. She also handles the day-to-day operations in the office in Switzerland. Prior to joining CMB Swiss Co, Ms. Zhang had been working in FMCG industry for 8 years in the USA where she gained extensive knowledge of contract management, sales, procurement, and logistics. Ms. Zhang holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Management from Missouri Southern State University. She is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is studying German (intermediate level).

Ms. Xie is the Vice President of Business Development for CMB Swiss Co GmbH (“CMB Swiss Co”). CMB Swiss Co is the exclusive sourcing company for CMB Regional Centers. Ms. Xie has been intensively engaged in immigration industry for over 15 years, helping many families to achieve their American Dreams via EB-5 Regional Center Program. Ms. Xie is residing in Beijing, China, where she supports company’s clients and EB-5 participants, and coordinates the company at seminars, expos and other marketing events. In addition, Ms. Xie manages members of the CMB Swiss Co team on a daily basis, review all monthly expense reports and approve time off.

Lucy Tran is Vietnam Deputy Resident Director of CmB Swiss co. With a background in marketing and sales, she has worked in business development in emerging markets since 2010, and currently Vietnam is her main focus. From 2018, Lucy has met and consulted investors on their immigration journey through EB-5 visa program. Her main goal is to provide investors and partners the right information on how to achieve their dreams of immigrating into the U.S.

Ms. Chen is the Executive Director for CMB Swiss Co GmbH (“CMB Swiss Co”). CMB Swiss Co is the exclusive sourcing company for CMB Regional Centers. She has studied Public Administration in University of Texas at San Antonio, and completed her MBA in University of Illinois at Chicago. Ms. Chen has over 15 years of work experience in the field of international marketing, M&A;, and sales in Taiwan, and Japan. Ms. Chen has been working in EB-5 from 2014. She communicates with clients in Japanese, Mandarin, Taiwanese and English.

Mr. Girish Mohile serves as the Vice President for CMB Swiss Co, located in India. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Girish oversees the management of client and referral relationships, and plays a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence across various markets.

Girish is an accomplished Indian lawyer, duly qualified to practice law in India. He is an alumnus of the prestigious University of Mumbai, where he earned both his LL.B and LL.M degrees. Additionally, Girish holds diplomas in Intellectual Property Rights and Corporate Law from the esteemed Asian School of Cyber Law. Prior to his legal education, he completed his Bachelor of Management Studies at the University of Mumbai.

Before joining CMB Swiss Co, Girish worked as a Managing Attorney in the India Practice Group for Davies & Associates (“D&A;”), a renowned immigration law firm. In this role, he facilitated seamless communication between Indian clients and a team of US Attorneys, specifically handling visa processes such as EB-5, L1, E2, and other Citizenship by Investment programs.

Girish also brings with him valuable experience from his time at BNP Paribas, where he was involved in KYC Compliance and Compliance Migrations Coordination in Mumbai. This experience equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder relations, policy interpretation, and the banking regulatory environment, gained through conducting thorough reviews of corporate customers’ profiles. Prior to his tenure at BNP Paribas, Girish served as an Associate at Pangea3, a Thomson Reuters subsidiary. His responsibilities at Pangea3 encompassed a wide range of tasks, including conducting gap analyses and regulatory mapping, as well as working on anti-money laundering screening and contract lifecycle management.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Girish is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, enabling effective communication with clients from diverse linguistic backgrounds.
