Raymond oversees the overall operations of the company and drives business development. Prior to joining CMB Swiss Co, Raymond established a strong track record of leadership and team motivation throughout his career. He has successfully managed stakeholders and navigated complex cross-cultural situations at Hitachi Energy, GE, Alstom and ABB. Raymond's expertise lies in IT business transformation, program management, mergers and acquisitions, and large-scale IT operations, where he has consistently led teams to success in complex projects and programs.

Raymond holds a degree in Political Science and Government from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is a native English speaker with fluency in German.
